• Conduct thorough functional, regression, and end-to-end stress tests across POS and Loan Management systems prior to release.
• Partner with corporate clients during on-site go-live deployments, handling system configuration and cashier staff training.

• Systematically log bug reproduction steps in tracking tools and work directly with engineering leads for rapid resolution.

Candidate Qualifications:
